 Job Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the
daily operations of the production floor. This role ensures that manufacturing processes run
smoothly and efficiently, meeting production targets and quality standards. The Production
Supervisor leads a team of production workers, maintains safety protocols, and collaborates
with other departments to optimize productivity and resolve issues.
