* Good knowledge in Panel production
&  Sheet metal fabrication such as welding, Laser cutting, CNC
punching, CNC bending and finishing operations.

* Knowledge of machines and tools,
including their designs and uses.

* Knowledge of raw
materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other
techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

* Review daily's activity and report
from welding and QC inspector for all kind of inspection.

* Study customers complain and solve
it.

* Responsible of All Documentation
work Related to ISO 9001:2008.

* Good knowledge of ISO 14001:2004
and OHSAS 18001:2007

* Inspection of incoming material
& documentation work as per company procedure.

* Inspect individual parts,
assemblies, and finish product to specifications using measuring instruments
such as callipers, scales, Measurement tap and micrometers.

* Good knowledge of Dimensional
Inspection and visual after manufacturing.

* Handling various Third Party
Inspection (TPI) and Prepare relevant documents for third party.

* Attend weekly meeting and
Achieve Production target in tems of Quality & Quantity in time
limit.

* Ensure the flow of material for
smooth functioning of production.

* Analyze of the repetitive problems
& root cause solutions.

* Ensure Discipline on the shop
floor.

* Interaction with QA, Purchase, PPC
& stores to meet production requirements.

* Ensure clean, healthy & Safe
working environment on shop floor.

* Execution
of production plan on shop floor.

* Increase the Profit margin through
Cost reduction & Continual Improvement
