 · Various periodical and event based filing with registrar of companies, SEBI and RBI · Preparation of director’s report and other related documents for the purpose of annual filing 

· Various Periodical and event based filings with Registrar of companies · Capital Market Handling, compliance of Corporate

 · Corporate social responsibilities, E filing , Foreign Collaborations and joint ventures, investors relation, Issue of shares in India ,Liaising with Govt Authorities 

· Stock Listing, Stock Exchange Compliance , Banking and NBFC.
