Job Description:
We are
seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution
of our real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time,
within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the primary
point of contact for all stakeholders, providing exceptional leadership and
support to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead the
planning, coordination, and control of projects from inception to completion.
Establish and implement the Project Management Plan.
Stakeholder
Management:
Establish excellent working
relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the
successful delivery of the project. Chair meetings with vendors and other
stakeholders and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner.
Financial Management:
Develop the
project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget.
Raise purchase orders as and when required.
Project Monitoring
and Reporting:
Provide
timely regular reporting on project progress, cost, key risks, and decisions
required. Monitor compliance with the construction program and identify
mitigation plans if the project is in delay.
Risk and Issue
Management:
Proactively
identify risks and issues and formulate risk mitigation plans. Assess and
resolve site coordination issues.
Health & Safety:
Manage the
planning and implementation of Health & Safety before and during
construction.
Project Handover and
Close-Out:
Manage and
coordinate the project handover and close-out phases.
Requirements:

experience in managing real estate development projects.

leadership and coordination skills.
● Excellent stakeholder management and
communication abilities.
● Proficient
in project planning and financial management.
● Ability to identify risks and implement
effective mitigation plans.
● Knowledge
of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
● Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet
