Purchase Executive

As a Purchase Executive at Shri Group Builders & Developers you will play a crucial role in our
procurement process, ensuring that all materials and services required for our projects are
sourced effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management:

2. Procurement:

construction and development projects.

o Monitor and control procurement budgets.
o Analyze costs and seek opportunities to reduce expenses without
compromising quality.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Coordinate with project teams to ensure that purchased materials meet
required quality standards.
o Conduct inspections and quality checks as necessary.
5. Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
o Prepare reports and forecasts related to procurement activities.
6. Compliance:
