Responsibilities:
•Will be
responsible for ensuring their staff’s professional and personal development,
which involves orienting, developing, and training employees.
•Will
develops and implements policies and handbooks that are available to employees,
and he or she is involved with employee welfare, safety, wellness, and health.
•Development
of HR policies and documentation that align with the organization’s mission.
•Working
closely with senior management within your organization, you will also be
involved in the management of performance.
•Developing
benefits and compensation systems that are aligned with the company’s HR needs
is the responsibility of the Human Resources Generalist.
• Will be responsible for communication with the
entire organization; you will play an important role in any employee
communication decisions and in developing content for that communication.
•Managing
all administrative responsibilities involved recruitment, new employee
onboarding, and exit meetings, such as inputting data into HR data systems and
verifying correctness and compliance.
•Coordinate
with cross-functional departments to arrange a smooth onboarding process for
all new hires, including preparing paperwork and scheduling.
•The primary
backup for payroll processing includes updates to employee files bi-weekly and
semi-monthly, bonus and incentive pay, vacation/sick pay tracking, expense
reimbursements, exception input, hourly employee validations, and benefit
changes.
•Providing
HR advice and assistance to employees regarding absences and health issues,
conduct and capability, grievances, organizational changes, and all other
issues related to employee relations.
•Assist in
developing, interpreting, and maintaining employee handbooks, employee
directories, and organizational charts and contributes to policy development.
Skills:
•3-4 years
as HR Head or similar position
•Minimum 15
years of experience in HR Cycle
•Possessing a
thorough understanding of the human resources field
•Regulations
and laws related to employment at the state and federal level
•The ability
to manage personnel and compliance records
•Ability to
analyze and solve problems
•Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal
•Business
administration, human resources, or a related field’s bachelor’s degree is
recommended.
•Knowledgeable
with MS Office, HRIS systems, and competent with adopting new technical systems
whenever needed.
•Possess
problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of human resources policies and
procedures. It is a plus if you have additional HR experience or training.

interpersonal skills, communication skills, and cultural awareness
