Job Summary: 

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Site Engineer/Senior Site Engineer to join our construction
team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing all activities related to construction
projects, including planning, coordinating, supervising, and implementing tasks in accordance
with project goals and deadlines. The successful candidate will work closely with clients,
consultants, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

 Key Responsibilities: 

 Manage and oversee construction activities on site. 

 Ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.

  Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors.

  Prepare and implement project schedules. 

 Monitor and control project budgets and expenses. 

 Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

  Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. 

 Address issues and provide resolutions as they arise during construction. 

 Maintain accurate records of construction activities and submit daily, weekly, and
monthly reports as required. 

 Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project
lifecycle.

  Implement safety and environmental regulations on site.

 Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

  years of experience in construction projects (for Senior Site Engineer, specify higher
experience requirements). 

 Proven experience in managing construction activities to ensure compliance with contract
documents and specifications. 

 Strong understanding of construction techniques and sequences of work.

  Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

 Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.

  Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar certification preferred (for Senior Site
Engineer).
