Job Description
We are looking for young, dynamic and self-driven candidates to join our operations team!
As a property manager, the main objective would be managing properties, coordinating with vendors, members and conducting property visits to help achieve sales targets and bookings. The job is based in Bengaluru and property managers will be stationed at the property.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Handle day to day operations at the property.
2. Managing the upkeep of property- hygiene, maintenance as per the SOP
3. Managing, Training and Monitoring Housekeeping and security staff.
4. Vendor management for all sort of repair and maintenance
5. Inventory Management of the property
6. Property Audits of the property, Daily, Weekly and Monthly
7. Resolving Issues raised by the members within defined TAT
8. Conducting sales visits at the property
9. Closure of after-sales if required
10. Conducting events at the property with the help of the central team
11. Deliver stellar living experience to our members
12. To be persuasive and be able to adapt to dynamic situations based on customer requirements
13. Based on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hours
14. Should meet day-to-day targets and objectives with respect to work assigned.
Skills Required
1. Bachelor’s Degree, BHM
2. Should be a quick learner and a good listener.
2. Excellent written, oral communication and should understand the customer requirements.
3. Knowledge of Using Google Sheets and Excels.
4. Should be able to Multitask and ability to perform under pressure.
5. Should be able to conduct physical and virtual events at the property.
6. Good Analytics skills.
