Position: Regional Manager – Service Experience Required: minimum 7 years proven industry experience Qualification: Diploma. B.Tech will be an advantage. CTC: 5-6 Lack per annum Roles & Responsibilities: Overseeing regional service operations of the company to ensure quality customer support and after-sales services Manpower management and conflict resolution in assigned region. Oversee recruitment of manpower in the region. Planning and evaluating operations to be cost effective. Ensure timely bill submissions to customers in the region. Mentoring employees and suggesting training programs. Requirements and Skills: 1) Good verbal and written communication skill. 2) Resolution oriented 3) The ability to maintain calm under pressure. 4) Must be from service industries only
