Market Best Practices and Cost Reduction: · Explore market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization. · Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process. Relationship Building and Communication: · Build a quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies. · Set social media communication strategies for different job profiles and functions in the organization. · Make use of social platforms & Professional Network including Job portals and online communities / Job fairs, in order to source candidates. · Implement new sourcing methods: Social recruiting and Boolean searches. · Advise hiring representatives on interviewing techniques · Recommend ways to improve our employer brand. Interviewing and Sourcing: · Conduct first-level job interviews for all positions and facilitate further interviews with respective departments. · Directly source through multiple sourcing channels and campus interviews and recruitment drives outside the city and beyond state. · Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs · Research and choose job advertising options. · Participate in job fairs and career events · Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners. Transition Support: · Keep track of various bulk and key positions during transitions. · Involve actively with process owners to understand their requirements against each position. · Highlight risks of delay in hiring and mitigate such risks with existing talent pools.
