Principal Accountabilities:
· Develop and maintain the recruitment process,
including its description, recruitment measurement
definitions, regular measurement reporting, and taking actions
to close gaps.
· Supervise the recruiting team and report
on its performance.
·
Keep track of recruiting metrics: Time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
·
Coordinate with department managers
to forecast future
hiring needs
· Stay
up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
Selection Matrix and Sourcing
Strategies:
· Design the selection
matrix for choosing
the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
·
Develop sourcing
strategies to attract
the best talent.
Market Best Practices and Cost Reduction:
· Explore market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
· Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
Relationship Building
and Communication:
· Build a quality
relationship with internal
customers and external
recruitment agencies.
·
Set social media communication strategies for different
job profiles and functions
in the organization.
· Make
use of social platforms & Professional Network
including Job portals
and online communities / Job fairs,
in order to source
candidates.
·
Implement new sourcing methods:
Social recruiting and Boolean searches.
·
Advise hiring
representatives on interviewing techniques
·
Recommend ways to improve
our employer brand.
Interviewing and Sourcing:
· Conduct first-level job interviews for all positions and facilitate further
interviews with respective departments.
· Directly source through multiple sourcing channels and
campus interviews and recruitment drives outside the city
and beyond state.
· Review recruitment software
and suggest the best option
for company needs
· Research and choose
job advertising options.
·
Participate in job fairs
and career events
· Build the company’s
professional network through
relationships with HR professionals, colleges,
and other partners.
Transition Support:
·
Keep track of various
bulk and key positions during transitions.
· Involve actively with process owners to understand their requirements against
each position.
· Highlight risks of delay in hiring and mitigate such risks with existing talent pools.
Skills
·
Excellent negotiation, job interviewing, and analytical skills.
· Result-oriented with high motivation for self-growth. Strategic
thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Proven work experience - As a Recruiting Manager
or Recruitment Consultant
· Hands-on experience - With
Applicant Tracking Systems
and HR databases.
· Knowledge of
labor legislation
·
Excellent verbal
and written communication and team management skills
· Familiarity with recruiting tools and social
media platforms & professional networks.
