HIRING FOR TELE-SALES Location - Akurdi, Pune Experience candidates Role & responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.Engage with leads and prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, aiming to secure sales appointments or close sales over the phone.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.Listen to and address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and efficiently.Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and track the progress of potential customers.Participate in regular sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
