Benefits Administration: o Process enrollments, changes, and terminations for benefits plans. o Answer employee questions regarding benefits. o Maintain accurate benefit records. HRIS and Data Management: o Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS system. o Generate HR reports and metrics. o Assist with data entry and analysis. Compliance: o Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. o Maintain knowledge of HR best practices. o Assist with audits and compliance initiatives.
