Job Description:


Responsibilities  Recruitment and Onboarding: o Assist in sourcing and screening candidates. o Coordinate the interview process and schedule interviews. o Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. o Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.  Employee Relations: o Address employee inquiries and concerns. o Assist in resolving employee disputes and conflicts. o Maintain employee files and records. o Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.  Benefits Administration: o Process enrollments, changes, and terminations for benefits plans. o Answer employee questions regarding benefits. o Maintain accurate benefit records.  HRIS and Data Management: o Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS system. o Generate HR reports and metrics. o Assist with data entry and analysis.  Compliance: o Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. o Maintain knowledge of HR best practices. o Assist with audits and compliance initiatives.
