Coordinate and oversee questionnaire surveys across different locations in collaboration with teams. Collect and analyses data from surveys and other sources to gather consumer insights and preferences. Finalize the list of products we can launch based on thorough data analysis to guide our product development strategies. Product Scoping: Do initial market research and analysis to understand market trends and consumer demands. Perform competitor analysis, evaluating market share, channel margins, selling rates, and gross profit margins. Perform financial and business assessments, including purchase rates, channel margins, selling rates, and gross profit margin analysis. Product Development: Create a list of companies that specialise in white-labelling selected products. Select vendors based on criteria’s including quality standards, testing capabilities, and other relevant factors. Finalize product specifications and define quality parameters in consultation with senior management. Validate product labelling to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and brand requirements.
