Perform competitor analysis, evaluating market share, channel margins, selling rates, and gross profit margins. Perform financial and business assessments, including purchase rates, channel margins, selling rates, and gross profit margin analysis. Product Development: Create a list of companies that specialise in white-labelling selected products. Select vendors based on criteria’s including quality standards, testing capabilities, and other relevant factors. Finalize product specifications and define quality parameters in consultation with senior management. Validate product labelling to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and brand requirements.
