Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attraction:

candidates.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
Review resumes and applications, shortlisting suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications and alignment with role
requirements.
Coordination and Interviewing:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Facilitate the interview process, supporting both candidates and interviewers.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and align candidate profiles
with job specifications.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support:
Assist in negotiating and presenting job offers.
Support the onboarding process for a seamless transition of new hires in partnership with
HR ops executives.
Vendor Empanelment and Management:
Evaluate, select, and manage vendor partnerships related to recruitment services or external
talent sourcing.
Ensure efficient collaboration and adherence to standards.
