Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications and alignment with rolerequirements.Coordination and Interviewing: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members. Facilitate the interview process, supporting both candidates and interviewers.Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates. Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and align candidate profileswith job specifications.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support: Assist in negotiating and presenting job offers. Support the onboarding process for a seamless transition of new hires in partnership withHR ops executives.Vendor Empanelment and Management: Evaluate, select, and manage vendor partnerships related to recruitment services or externaltalent sourcing. Ensure efficient collaboration and adherence to standards.
