Mange a team of approximately 15 - 20 CREs
Ensures 100% CREs exceed their overall KPIs (sales targets, customer satisfaction and experience, quality and productivity standards)
Provides consistent, balanced and timely performance
feedback on CSEs performance
Coach, develop and engage the CRE's to increase their abilities while enhancing their own careers.

Required Qualification
Experience Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate
4 to 7 yrs. of relevant experience
