Position: Regional Manager

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners in the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regional performance and initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in regional or territory management roles, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
