The main responsibility of this position includes offering and processing spare parts and service work and negotiating product/service contracts with external customers. The person works closely with the operations teams to create proposals, contracts, and offer documents.
Your Responsibilities:
Agree on contracts that are in line with business objectives and carry out contract changes with VO Variation Orders and do the changes in scope and update these in SAP.
Other tasks include ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations by the contracting parties.
Independent work with general supervision as we'll as timely and precise answering of customer inquiries via Salesforce and by email.
In addition, the person collects customer feedback by conducting T-NPS surveys and entering the results into the system.
Responsible also for the internal rebooking every month, handling of Omicrons, organizing the logistic of the same to other countries
Checking all the incoming invoices and compare with our purchaseorders &ordering of Material, tools and working cloths for our CommissioningEngineers.
Planning for project staffing and adjusting it according to business needs, as we'll as planning for both short-term and more strategic long-term changes in the team structure.
Perform, coordinate, and monitor a variety of administrative support functions. Recommend measures to achieve operating efficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate operations with other groups in order to meet schedules and provide timely information for resolving problems. Maintain effective internal and external communications.
Drive the implementation of Power BI reports and establish Power BI as a common dashboard
Streamline and optimize monthly reporting process and tools through optimization of existing Excel-based data.
Setting backlog priorities, overseeing execution, and ensuring high- quality results within agreed timelines.

Your Background:
Bachelors degree in business, finance or engineering.
Should have 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
The position also requires advanced software skills PowerBi, Excel (vlookup, macro etc).
Solid IT user knowledge in the Microsoft Officeenvironment.

Skill in planning activities and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work efficiently under time-critical situations.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
