Role & Responsibility:
•Heading branch as branch manager for atleast 2 years
•Candidate should be from housing finance NBFC or secured MSME/ LAP NBFC – affordable and micro
housing (Rs. 5 – 15 lakh loan ticket size)
•Should have handled atleast 5 sales officer under him for 2 years and d
•Should be ready to travel across the district for training sales officer and generating leads
•Should have connect to connector, DSA, referrals who can generate leads
•Ensure compliance with Company’s policy and processes
