Job Responsibilities:● Monitor and troubleshoot Amagi’s solution for clients’ digital media broadcast needs● Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network setup at remote installations. This includes various IP delivery models of the channel output.● Document and update new and existing implementations, including diagrams, device configurations, rack layouts, etc.Skills required:● Bachelor in Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience related to Broadcast services, Computer Science, IT● Good written and spoken communication skills● Knowledge of broadband services (specifically broadcast video and audio services)● Knowledge in network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting is a definite plus.● Knowledge of VPN server and VLAN.● Good to have – Experience in broadcasting systems.● Like to resolve problems, be able to innovate, and find better ways to do things.● Must be flexible and willing to respond to occasional out of regular hours issues● Positive and persistent “can do” attitude.● Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.INTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN APPLY OR CONTACT:SIMRAN DSOUZA9303440707simran.dsouza@white-force.in
