Primary Objective: The primary objective of this role is to drive business in the designated territory.
Sales Responsibilities:
Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area.
Work independently to drive sales and source new business.
Submit daily call reports to the Team Lead Sales In charge.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
Must ensure all the merchants coming under his territory uses QR for business.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Track record of over-achieving quota in previous roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven individuals are preferred.
Any degree qualification is acceptable.
Additional Notes:
Possession of a 2-wheeler and a valid license is mandatory for this role.
Compensation Range:
From 1.8 to 2.4 LPA + Travel allowance + Performance Based Incentives
