Job Summary: 
 
 

∙Involved in Administration in terms of installation, application deployment, application upgrades, patch 
installation and 
∙ performance tuning of System from 4.5.x to 5.x. 
∙Responsible for Pre-installations, installation and configurations of the overall vision that outlines the 
projected ECM 
∙Extensively involved in development and implementing object-oriented solutions and database concepts. 
∙Experienced in using teamwork, goal setting and delegating with groups and individuals.  
∙Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Analytical skills. 
∙Troubleshooting & Production Support in the IBM FileNet P8 technologies with complete Software life 
cycle development from Requirement. 
∙Installations and Configurations of 4.x/ 5.x. 
∙Responsible for the documenting and updating of all processes as required in the software development 
life cycle. 
∙Resolving functional and technical issues in FileNet Content Manager. 
∙Hands on implementing, managing & troubleshooting windows server 2003/08/12 and AIX servers for 
various ECM solutions. 
∙Provided leadership and guidance for the development team in the performance tuning of the application. 
∙Deployed applications (WAR and EAR) in various environments like Development, UAT and Production on 
Web Sphere Application. 
∙Providing solutions to the clients on the issues faced in Prod environment and 
∙ replicating the same in Dev and coming up with ideas to stabilize the environment. 
∙Maintaining the workflow cycle and making new enhancements. Installing required fix packs for FileNet 
and other components and confirming the same to the Project stake holders. 
∙Configured and generated reports using case Analyzer. 
∙Configured and worked on data model to showcase real-time monitoring. 
∙Worked on FileNet P8, FileNet 4.5/5.0/5.1/5.2.0/5.2.1, IBM Content Navigator, Content Collector, Case Manager, 
Case Builder, BAW
