Job Description:


Principal Accountabilities (Detailed Role & responsibilities):2.1 Sales Focus: Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop newaccounts Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers andprospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business forthe organization’s products/servicesCustomer Focus: Primary & Secondary Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers. Team Lead Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and visits. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities,and potential for new products and services. Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
