Principal Accountabilities (Detailed Role & responsibilities):2.1 Sales Focus: Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop newaccounts Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers andprospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business forthe organization’s products/servicesCustomer Focus: Primary & Secondary Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers. Team Lead Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and visits. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities,and potential for new products and services. Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders. Checking the quantities of goodson display and in stock. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figuresinto a computer system3 Qualification/Experience/Competencies:3.1 Educational qualifications Graduate/PG3.2 Experience required 3+ Years3.3 Competencies/skills Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCGindustry or related field. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
