Job descriptionRole & responsibilities1. Inventory Planning and Strategy- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimizeinventory levels and minimize carrying costs.- Analyse historical data and customer forecasts to anticipate inventoryneeds and make data-driven decisions.2. Inventory Control and Optimization- Establish inventory control policies and procedures to maintainaccurate inventory records.- Monitor inventory movements, aging stock, and obsolescence risks.- Implement inventory optimization techniques such as ABC analysis,safety stock management, and reorder point calculation.3. Cross-functional Collaboration- Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams tocoordinate inventory activities and resolve any supply chain issues.- Work with IT and finance departments to integrate inventorymanagement systems and ensure accurate financial reporting.- Lead cross-functional projects to improve inventory accuracy, reducelead times, and enhance supply chain efficiency and Payments of ourbusiness partners.4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights intoinventory performance and trends.- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions toachieve inventory management goals.5.
