Job description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations enthusiast to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the full product lifecycle. This role emphasizes product management andoperations within the telecom domain, ensuring seamless coordination across various teamsand maintaining high product standards.
Participat
e in the full product lifecycle on mobile platforms, from initial
concept to deployment and monetization.
Ensure product alignment with telecom industry standards and practices.
2. Coordination and Collaboration:
Coordinate product launches and work closely with Engineering, User Design,
Operations, and other functional domains.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with operator/sales
representatives to test live products.3. Product Maintenance and Hygiene:
Ensure basic hygiene and operational standards for all live products.
Regularly test and monitor products to ensure they are functioning correctly
and efficiently.4. Revenue Tracking and Enhancement:
Monitor and enhance revenue streams.
Keep a vigilant eye on product/service performance to identify and resolve
any issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)..
Outgoing, self-starter with a proactive approach.
Strong ability to communicate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
