Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Area Sales Executive. As an Area Sales Executive at Jindal Steel and Power, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in your designated geographic area. Your primary objective will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and promote our range of steel products to meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
• Identify prospective customers and establish new accounts through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular visits to customer sites to understand their requirements, address concerns, and promote JSPL's products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the steel industry or related sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
