Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are integrated successfully.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Conduct performance appraisals and ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee the implementation of professional development initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address any issues that arise.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction.
- Identify and address factors contributing to employee turnover.
- Promote a culture of recognition and appreciation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the NBFC or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
