  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
    • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are integrated successfully.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
    • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
    • Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
    • Conduct performance appraisals and ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Oversee the implementation of professional development initiatives.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  6. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
    • Manage employee benefits programs and address any issues that arise.
  7. HR Strategy and Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Employee Engagement and Retention:

    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction.
    • Identify and address factors contributing to employee turnover.
    • Promote a culture of recognition and appreciation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the NBFC or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
