Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the NBFC or financial services industry.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
