Job Description:


 Assisting the HR team in recruitment and onboarding. Overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology- ( Vendor Management) Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance. Monthly vendor bill verification as per the agreement standard rates, providing the monthly provision, and timely bill submission. Managing calendar and associated operations, including contract punching, transportation, wage sheet, punching IN & OUT, and contract bills. Booking conference halls and audiovisual equipment, preparing documentation, etc. Organizing and scheduling complicated monthly and annual operations such as agendas, meetings, logistics, and travel plans. Handling the management of major staff meetings and annual events of the organization. Serving as a lead administrator for central services. Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving vendor & facilities calls.  Executive Knowledge: A relevant bachelor’s degree in business, education, management, office administration, or communication. B.Com/M.Com/Diploma in Facility or Administration. Proven experience in office management. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills. Good in written communication
