Job description
A) -
1. Experience in managing IT Business Applications like Sales force automation, Omnichannel Marketing, AI/ML/RPA, Mobile apps, Websites, Data Analytics and Insights, Learning Management System, Document Management System. Preferably worked in Healthcare/Retail/ Hospital markets.
2. Work closely with business teams to manage their expectations and develop and deliver IT solu tions.
3. Key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, IT department and vendors.
4. Add value through innovative uses of technologies, solving business challenges and realizing new business opportunities.
5. Active delivery of projects, with appropriate processes and controls, deliver against timelines, quality and cost.
6. Ensure vendors and applications are compliant as per IT standards.
7. Responsible for vendor management.
8. Responsible for Design & Architecture of the applications and building application roadmap.

B) Relevant work experience - 4 to 8 Years.

C) Education Qualification - BE or equivalent degree.
