Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
o Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize
revenue.
o Monitor sales performance across multiple outlets within the cluster.
o Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Operational Oversight:
o Ensure smooth operations across all EBOs in the cluster.
o Implement standardized operational procedures and policies.
o Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to maintain adequate
stock.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
o Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and sales staff.
o Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and
provide feedback.
o Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team
productivity and morale.
4. Customer Service Excellence:
o Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all outlets.
o Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
o Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Financial Management:
o Prepare and manage budgets for the cluster.
o Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising
quality.
6. Marketing and Promotions:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional
campaigns.
o Coordinate product launches and seasonal promotions effectively.
7. Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal
regulations.
o Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance for
senior management.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel between outlets within the assigned cluster.
Ability to work weekends and extended hours as necessary
