Responsibilities
Manage the SVP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the SVP, including drafting Mom, and reports.
Operate in the EMEA shift
Should have program management knowledge
Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring the SVP is well-prepared for all engagements.
Act as a liaison between the SVP and other executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
Conduct research and compile data as needed to support the SVP in decision-making and strategic planning.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Maintain an efficient filing system and keep accurate records of correspondence and documents.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Office (Google Sheets, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Professional demeanor and the ability to interact comfortably with executives, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
