Position Overview: Transecure is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to
join our team in Kolkata. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap
between our business objectives and technical solutions. This position requires a deep
understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively
communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
 Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document
business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
 Data Analysis: Analyze business processes and data to identify trends, inefficiencies,
and opportunities for improvement.
 Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet
business needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
 Documentation: Prepare detailed business requirement documents, functional
specifications, and process flow diagrams.
 Project Management: Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure
timely and successful delivery of projects.
 Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, technology
teams, and support teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
 Testing and Validation: Support the testing phase by developing test cases, coordinating
testing efforts, and validating results against requirements.
 Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and
recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Information Systems, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a
plus.
 Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in
the transportation or technology industry.
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience
with data analysis tools, project management software, and ERP systems is desirable.
 Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to
detail.
 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
 Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to
work effectively in a team environment.
 Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
 Certifications: Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are
preferred.
