Logistics Co-ordinator

Job description

Key Responsibilities: 

 Inventory Management:
o Maintain accurate inventory records of Hart rings and related components.
o Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes as necessary.
o Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.

  Logistics Coordination:
o Coordinate the transportation and storage of Hart rings.
o Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient
delivery.
o Work closely with suppliers and carriers to optimize logistics operations. 

 Quality Control and Testing:
o Conduct testing of rings to identify defects or other issues.
o Ensure all rings meet quality standards before distribution.
o Document and report any defects or discrepancies to relevant departments. 

 Operational Support:
o Collaborate with the operations team to streamline inventory and logistics
processes.
o Provide support in resolving any logistical issues that may arise.
o Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance
efficiency
