Roles & Responsibilities
• To verify the material received for quantity and documents
the same thing to be updated in the Goods Inward Note
• To store all raw material in the store material area by
properly identifying them with an identification tag.
• To store all Items in proper and easily identifiable locations.
To monitor the daily tools issues.
• To maintain adequate preservation and protection
methods for storing the items.
• To maintain packing and dispatching as per the schedule
and customer requirement.
• To ensure the safety of the packed components. To assist
the head administration in documenting the dispatch
items.
• Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all
procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.
• Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire
inventory every month end and resolve for inaccuracies if
any & reporting to the concerned.
• Ensure that the goods are classified and stacked
accordingly to its specification and location and ensuring
its custody.
