Job Title: Project Manager

 Location: HSR, Bengaluru, India

 Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities: 

Project Leadership:
Lead the planning, coordination, and control of projects from inception to completion.
Establish and implement the Project Management Plan

 Stakeholder Management:
Establish excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to
ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Chair meetings with vendors and other stakeholders and ensure minutes are actioned in a
timely manner.

 Financial Management:
Develop the project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget.
Raise purchase orders as and when required.
Project 

Monitoring and Reporting:
Provide timely regular reporting on project progress, cost, key risks, and decisions required.
Monitor compliance with the construction program and identify mitigation plans if the
project is in delay.
Risk and Issue

 Management:
Proactively identify risks and issues and formulate risk mitigation plans.
