Overview: Transecur Telematics Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced
UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. As a UI/UX Designer, you
will be responsible for delivering high-quality user-centric designs across our
range of telematics and fleet management solutions. You will collaborate closely
with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, functional, and aesthetically
pleasing interfaces that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
 Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
that lead to intuitive user experiences.
 Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups
optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
 Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
 Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new
functions and features.
 Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and
implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and
experience.
 Execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
 Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to
complex design roadblocks.
 Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
 Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements:
 Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your
work.
 Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process
flows, and sitemaps.
 Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other visual design and
wireframing tools.
 Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
 Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
 Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various
stakeholders.
 Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
 Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
 Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
 BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related
field.
