Overview: Transecur Telematics Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced
UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. As a UI/UX Designer, you
will be responsible for delivering high-quality user-centric designs across our
range of telematics and fleet management solutions. You will collaborate closely
with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, functional, and aesthetically
pleasing interfaces that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups
optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new
functions and features.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and
implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and
experience.
Execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to
complex design roadblocks.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements:
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your
work.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process
flows, and sitemaps.
Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other visual design and
wireframing tools.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various
stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related
field.
