Key Responsibilities:Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns:Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives.Content Creation and Management:Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.SEO and SEM:Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms.Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.Email Marketing:Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.Track and analyze email marketing metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.Social Media Management:Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms.Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and create content that encourages interaction and engagement.Market Research and Trend Analysis:Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience:2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.Skills:Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Creative and strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with video content creation and marketing.Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management.Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications
