Key Responsibilities:
BOQ Preparation:
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials required.
Prepare detailed and accurate BOQs, listing quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for the project.
Cost Estimation:
Collaborate with the cost estimation team to ensure that BOQs are aligned with cost estimates and pricing strategies.
Provide input on potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
Technical Support:
Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the proposal and bidding process.
Address client queries related to BOQs and project specifications.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all BOQ-related documents and correspondence.
Prepare and present BOQ reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Client Engagement:
Engage with clients to understand their specific project requirements and preferences.
Provide professional advice and recommendations based on project needs and industry standards.
Collaboration:

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, or a similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
Proven track record of successful project involvement from a BOQ perspective.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using BOQ software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Excel).
