Position Overview: The Senior Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the company's financial operations. Job description 1 ) Preparation of GST Returns (GSTR 3B,GSTR 1,GSTR 2A Reconciliation and GSTR 9 in Annual Return ) 2 ) Preparation and filing of TDS returns (TDS Payments upto TDS return filing and Compilation of T.D.S. related transactions) 3 ) Day to day entries in tally 4) Bank reconciliation in tally 5 ) Reconciliation of Accounts ( Debtors / Creditors / Banks ) 6 ) Accounting Day to Day Journal Entry, Sales, Purchase, Bank Entries, 7) Prepare Profit and Loss Statement 8) Cash Flow Management 9) Revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. 10 ) Knowledge on Statutory compliance Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee and manage all accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Track expenses and revenues to ensure adherence to financial plans and objectives. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and implement recommended improvements. Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial records. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accounting staff. Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and efficiency. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflows. Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and readily accessible for review. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
