13.3333px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Job responsibility - - As Centre Incharge / Coordinator you are accountable for handling admissions, academics, sales &operations.- You must possess excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a zeal to meetbusiness goals and a strong understanding of customer service.- Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas.- Centre Management Overview, policy, planning, and implementation training programs, seminars,visits etc.- General administration and overall supervision of teaching programmes and functioning of theCentre.- Ability to train, mentor and overview staff operations.- Have people management skills; managing files, records, and other word processing-related tasks.- Delegating and coordinate tasks among team members.- Counsel students, handling walk-ins, on various course offerings and convert enquiries intoenrolments.- Develop a network of alumni by identifying and training successful alumni willing to help recruitstudents; coordinating the network's activities.- Welcome prospective students by processing paperwork; arranging and conducting campus tours;- If need arises should be open to travel to other centres.Skills & qualities :- Business acumen & operational skills.- Excellent communication skills & time management skills financial management keeping budgets,Cost Control.- Managing people, Analytical thinking & organising skills.- Ability to create and maintain business networks/relationships Team working experience.- Good communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
