Strong follow-up for field defect part reverse 5. Well knowledge required for MS Excel & Power Points 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and support 7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proven experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
