Job description

Position:Regional Manager – Service
Experience Required:minimum 7 years proven industry experience
Qualification:Diploma. B.Tech will be an advantage.
CTC: 5-6 Lack per annum
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Overseeing regional service operations of the company to ensure quality
customer support and after-sales services
 Manpower management and conflict resolution in assigned region.
 Oversee recruitment of manpower in the region.
 Planning and evaluating operations to be cost effective.
 Ensure timely bill submissions to customers in the region.
 Mentoring employees and suggesting training programs.
Requirements and Skills:
1) Good verbal and written communication skill.
2) Resolution oriented
3) The ability to maintain calm under pressure.
4) Must be from service industries only
