Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate HR data insights and recommendations.

2. Analyze HR data points to identify trends and their impact on business objectives.

3. Utilize large data mining techniques to summarize and present key findings.

4. Align HR practices with overall business goals to enhance organizational performance.

5. Understand and streamline HR operational processes to simplify workflows.

6. Develop and implement checks and controls in HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

7. Coordinate with all HR users and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications:

-Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

In-depth understanding of HR processes and operations

Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholder
