Job Summary: The Client Acquisition Manager will be responsible for
identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive company growth.
This role involves developing and executing strategies to attract new clients,
building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development
within the HR recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to
achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct
outreach.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients
and understand their recruitment needs.
Client Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key
decision-makers in target companies.
Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce

Tailor recruitment solutions to meet the specific
needs of each client.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
