Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for
overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting
candidates to interviewing and hiring. This role involves developing effective
recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with clients and
candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record in talent acquisition within the recruitment
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
to attract top talent.
Analyze market trends and competitor practices to
ensure a competitive recruitment approach.
Collaborate with senior management to align
recruitment goals with business objectives.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job
boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify
potential candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and
future hiring needs.
Develop relationships with educational institutions,
professional organizations, and other sources of top talent.
Interviewing and Selection:
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess
candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with
candidates, utilizing behavioral and competency-based interviewing
techniques.
Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and
efficient interview process.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment
solutions.
Act as a point of contact for
clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment,
preferably within the recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and
industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Experience leading and developing a recruitment team.
