Reports To: HR Manager/Director of Human Resources

Job Summary: The HR Associate will support the HR department in various
administrative and recruitment tasks. This role involves assisting in the
recruitment process, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR projects,
and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR functions. The ideal candidate will
be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of HR
best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job
openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in
scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
(ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
Onboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires,
including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and
organizing orientation sessions.
Ensure new employees have a smooth transition by
providing necessary resources Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within
the recruitment industry, is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and
labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR
information systems (HRIS).
Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
