Job descriptionHandling incoming enquiries from prospective customers.· Deliver scripted information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.· Understanding the requirement of the customers & explaining on product and benefits.· Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system for converting the Enquiries into Sales.· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.· Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.QualificationMin. Graduate, BBA / MBA preferred, with good Communication SkillsOffer Salary Rs. 240,000 a year + Incentive & Other Perks (as Per Company Policy)- Full-time.
