Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Negotiate sales deals and ensure timely closure - Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction - Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts - Utilize CRM software and MS Office to manage sales data and generate reports - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity - Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales management - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - In-depth knowledge of real estate development, including apartments, villas, and plots - RERA knowledge and compliance - Self-motivated and results-driven - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
