Skills as Planning Engineer Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them. Develop Project WBS (work breakdown structure) using the latest project planning and scheduling tools. Provide technical assistance in Scheduling. Can Develop Level II Construction Schedules. Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports. Understanding and meeting all contract requirements. Analysing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates. Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets. Deliver timely, accurate and sensitive project controls information that facilitates a clear understanding of the performance of the project in relation to planned performance targets. Qualifications: Between 5 to 7 years of related experience in Construction Project management preferably in Oil and Gas industries Degree in Engineering or similar. Proficiency in MS Office. Planning and project management skills. Strong multitasking abilities. Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills. Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent command of oral and written English
