Position- Import Documentation Executive (Documentation)

Salary – 30k

Exp- 6to 8 yrs

Education- HSC & Above

Qualities required1) Good Knowledge of Excel & M.S word,

                               2) Good Knowledge of Custom Documentation,

3) Should be able to independently do Classification.

Job Summary-

Custom documentation

Responsibility and Duties-

1)     Preparation of checklist and submission in Icegate.

2)     Having Knowledge of Import Sea Documentation after the received pre-alert docs from Client & forwarder job is prepared (Home, Bond-Exbond)

3)     Co-ordination with shipping line & CONSOL for IGM enquiry.

4)     Coordinating with clients & Docs person.

5)      Knowledge of preparing Delivery order documents and follow up with Shipping lines or forwarder.

6)      Knowledge of doing Choice of CFS shipments.

7)     Knowledge of HS Code details.

8)     Tracking of shipments and preparation of DSR.

9)     Employee should be from CHA Industry.
