Conduct comprehensive training sessions for channel partners on the RuConnect APP and CRM systems.Developtrainingmaterials,manuals,andpresentationstailoredtodifferentlearningstyles and technical levels. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for users of the RuConnectAPPandCRM.StayupdatedwiththelatestfeaturesandupdatesoftheRuConnectAPP andCRM,ensuringtrainingcontentiscurrentandrelevant.Collaboratewiththedevelopmentand support teams to address any technical issues or improvements suggested by users. Organize workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions as needed. Track and report on training progressandoutcomestomanagement.QualificationsBachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Finance,IT,or related field.2+ years of experience in training,preferably in the fintech or financial services sector. StrongknowledgeofCRMsystemsandmobileapplications.Excellentcommunicationand presentationskills.Abilitytoexplaincomplexconceptsinaclearandconcisemanner.Proficientin usingvarioustrainingtoolsandsoftware.Strongproblem-solvingskillsandattentiontodetail.Ability to travel occasionally for training sessions, if required.
